Refund Terms
Important: We do not offer refunds as a standard practice. Our βΉ50 monthly subscription provides access to discounted itinerary pricing and one-on-one support.
Exceptional Circumstances
In extremely rare cases where:
- Technical issues prevent service usage (verified by our team)
- Service is unavailable for extended periods
- Other exceptional circumstances (reviewed case-by-case)
We may offer a partial refund of 95% of the subscription amount (βΉ47.50) within 15 days of purchase, subject to management approval.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
No Refunds After
